Product Care & Maintenance

To clean Bilja products, we recommend to brush away any loose dirt or sand while the fabric is dry. If required, wash the product with a sponge and cold water and allow to air dry.
Do not scrub canvas as excessive scrubbing will damage the waterproofing.
Do not machine wash as it will destroy canvas waterproofing ability.
Do not apply soaps, detergents, bleaches, cleaning fluids to canvas.
Do not expose the canvas to insecticides, petrol, diesel, oil, kerosene or other similar fluids as these will destroy the waterproofing.
Remove deposits of organic matter such as soil, grass or bird droppings from the material as soon as convenient.
Occasional rejuvenation of canvas is recommended. Fluoro-chemicals like Scotch Guard may be used on canvas.
Though our products use water proof materials, it is not recommended for high power water pressure, penetrating rain and submerging the product in water.
